One workspace for engagement health, margin, burn and overrun alerts; time and expense capture with approval queues; billing and revenue recognition; forecasting from booked work plus weighted pipeline; skill-based staffing with a capacity heatmap; and client lifetime value. A guided importer reads messy timesheets and sets up clients and projects automatically.

A private console with a living second brain the assistant reads from and writes to; typed or spoken conversation with voice replies; reusable skills triggered by command or schedule; five specialist agents that produce drafts for approval with every run logged; pipeline, people and goals rooms; morning briefings and push notifications.

A shift command center with target vs. actual, scrap and downtime and a ranked issue queue; line and equipment status; work order, schedule and batch tracking; SPC quality charts; a waste suite; shift handover notes; and a hub of roughly twenty tools.

A guided form or a spoken conversation with an AI assistant produces a quote; a rules-based calculator shows assumptions and production hours, flags thin margins for review, compares alternatives against a target price, and generates customer PDFs that hide internal costs behind expiring links.

A dedicated calculation engine gives instant pass/fail per elevation band; a pad-height slider live-updates fill, cost and lot count; an elevation bar shows homes against flood level and stream bed; a lot optimizer finds the maximum count and names the binding constraint; schemes compare side by side.
