Manufacturing
An illustrative starting point- Common challenge
- Production updates are copied from shop-floor records into spreadsheets and business systems. Operations leaders spend time reconciling figures before they can use them.
- Potential approach
- Connect an agreed set of production records to reporting, validate entries, and flag exceptions for review. Start with one workflow before expanding.
- What we would check first
- How operational technology and business systems exchange data, the quality of source records, access controls, and the need to protect production continuity.
Illustrative workflows, not client results. Recommendations and delivery scope depend on your systems, requirements, and data.

Good questions.Straight answers.
Is Nydros a fit for a smaller business?
Yes. Nydros is built for small and midsized businesses that need experienced technology judgment but not a full-time executive. Engagements are scoped to the size of the decision and the capacity of your team, so a focused assessment or a few advisory sessions can be a sensible starting point.
Do we need to know which AI tools we want?
No. An assessment does not require selecting a platform in advance, and it is usually better not to. The work starts with the business problem, the workflow, and the information involved. Tool choices come later, once it is clear what would actually help and what needs to be in place first.
Can you work with our existing IT team and vendors?
Yes. Existing teams and vendors are included rather than replaced. Nydros brings an independent view to priorities, proposals, and delivery, and works alongside the people who already know your systems. Where a vendor is involved, the goal is a better-informed client, not a competing bid.
What do we receive from an assessment?
A readiness review in plain language, a prioritized shortlist of opportunities with their readiness needs, the risk and data considerations that apply, and a recommended roadmap for the first pilot or improvement. Findings are presented to leadership, and the documents are yours to keep and act on.
Can you build and deploy a solution?
Yes. Build & Deployment covers a defined solution, including integration, testing, deployment, and handover. Nydros leads the engagement and coordinates implementation, drawing on specialist delivery partners where needed. The proposal identifies who does what, including your own team and existing vendors. Partner resources are distinct from Nydros employees.
Do we need an assessment before implementation?
No. If the problem, requirements, and dependencies are sufficiently clear, we can scope Build & Deployment directly. An assessment is recommended when there are important unknowns to resolve. Decision Review, Assessment, Build & Deployment, and Fractional CIO are separate entry points.
How are engagements scoped and priced?
Each engagement is quoted privately based on scope. A proposal sets out deliverables, responsibilities, exclusions, fees, and proposed timing before work begins. Fractional CIO support is agreed around the level of involvement and cadence you need; there are no published retainer tiers or standard commitment terms.
