Let's talk
Engagements

Four ways to begin.Choose the support you need.

Each engagement is quoted privately based on scope, with deliverables, responsibilities, and timing agreed in a proposal. These are separate entry points. An assessment is recommended when needed, not required before every implementation.

A decision to make / 01

Technology Decision Review

Evaluate a technology, vendor, or investment decision before you commit.

Format
Focused review
Timeline
Agreed in proposal
Investment
Quoted privately based on the decision, materials to review, and support required.
Request a Decision Review

Best when

A vendor proposal, renewal, build-versus-buy question, or AI tool is on the table and you need help weighing the options.

What is included

  • Review of the proposal, requirements, and options under consideration
  • Working sessions with the people who own the decision
  • Questions to resolve with vendors before you commit
  • A written recommendation with costs, risks, and trade-offs explained

You leave with

A documented recommendation and the reasoning to support your decision.

An opportunity to define / 02

AI Readiness & Opportunity Assessment

Identify useful opportunities, define requirements, and map a practical route to implementation.

Format
Scoped assessment
Timeline
Agreed in proposal
Investment
Quoted privately based on the workflows, systems, and depth of analysis involved.
Discuss an Assessment

Best when

Manual work is slowing operations, but it is unclear whether AI, integration, or a simpler process would help most.

What is included

  • Discovery with leadership and the people doing the work
  • Review of workflows, systems, data, ownership, and governance
  • Prioritized opportunities with requirements and delivery dependencies
  • A practical roadmap with owners, safeguards, and success measures

You leave with

Findings and a roadmap you can use with Nydros, your own team, or another delivery provider.

A solution to implement / 03

Build & Deployment

Implement a defined solution, from integration and testing to deployment and handover.

Format
Defined project
Timeline
Agreed in proposal
Investment
Quoted privately against the agreed solution and delivery scope. A separate assessment is not a prerequisite.
Discuss Build & Deployment

Best when

The problem and requirements are clear, and you need execution support. A separate assessment is recommended only where important gaps remain.

What is included

  • Scope, acceptance criteria, delivery roles, and safeguards agreed before work starts
  • Build and integration coordinated by Nydros, with specialist delivery partners where needed
  • Testing, data-access controls, and human review appropriate to the workflow
  • Deployment, user training, documentation, and agreed handover and support arrangements

You leave with

A deployed solution tested against agreed criteria, with a documented handover and clear support responsibilities.

Leadership to support / 04

Fractional CIO Advisory

Technology leadership, prioritization, and governance at a level of involvement that fits your business.

Format
Ongoing leadership
Timeline
Cadence by agreement
Investment
Quoted privately based on responsibilities and level of involvement. Fees, cadence, and terms are agreed in the proposal.
Discuss Fractional CIO Support

Best when

Technology decisions need consistent ownership, but a full-time CIO is not the right hire yet.

What is included

  • A technology roadmap tied to business goals and operating priorities
  • Vendor, investment, and governance reviews within the agreed remit
  • Leadership sessions and decision support at an agreed cadence
  • Delivery oversight with your team, vendors, and relevant partners

You leave with

Maintained priorities, documented decisions, and visibility into delivery risks and progress.

Next steps

What happens after you get in touch

  1. 01

    An initial conversation

Describe the decision or workflow you need help with. We discuss what you already know and which entry point fits. An assessment is recommended only when needed.

  2. 02

    A scoped proposal

If there is a fit, the proposal sets out deliverables, responsibilities, exclusions, a private quote, and proposed dates. Any delivery partners and their roles are identified.

  3. 03

    An agreed start

Timing is agreed around scope, access requirements, and availability. The kickoff confirms owners, dependencies, and delivery checkpoints.

How delivery works

Clear scope.Accountable delivery.

Nydros combines technology advice with implementation support. Delivery can involve specialist partners alongside your own team and vendors, with responsibilities defined for each engagement.

  • Business-led recommendations

Options are evaluated against your workflow, existing systems, costs, and risks. AI is considered where it serves a useful purpose; a simpler process or integration may be enough.

  • Named delivery responsibilities

The proposal distinguishes work led by Nydros from work provided by specialist partners or your own team. Partner resources are identified as partner resources.

  • Handover planned from the start

For implementation work, the scope defines testing, documentation, access, and ownership arrangements, including third-party licensing and responsibility for ongoing support.

  • Scope and fees agreed first

Each engagement is quoted privately for the work required. Deliverables, exclusions, and any changes to scope are discussed before the affected work proceeds.
