Nydros LLC uses this website to explain our services, respond to inquiries, and offer an optional AI readiness self-check. This policy describes what happens to the information you share here.
Contact inquiries
When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, optional company name, selected area of interest, and message. We use these details to respond and discuss the services you requested. Please leave out passwords, financial information, and other sensitive or confidential details. The website does not save inquiries to an application database; submitted messages are sent to the Nydros inbox through Resend.
Readiness self-check
Your answers and results are calculated in your browser. Completing the check does not send those answers or results to Nydros. If you request emailed results, your email address, answers, and result are sent through Resend to you and to Nydros so we can follow up once. You are not added to a mailing list. If you choose to include a summary in a contact inquiry, you can edit it before sending it.
Website analytics
On the public production site, we use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits and actions, including accepted inquiries and completed readiness checks. Custom events contain only a fixed action name, not your name, email, company, message, selected service, answers, or result. We remove query strings and fragments from tracked page URLs and group unrecognized paths. Vercel also processes limited request information to produce aggregate statistics such as browser, device, referring site, and approximate location. It uses a temporary request-derived identifier rather than analytics cookies; that visitor identifier is discarded after 24 hours. This is not a 24-hour deletion period for aggregate statistics. We do not load analytics when your browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Preview deployments do not send production analytics.
Cookies and browser storage
The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not use local storage to save your details. If you choose to carry your readiness summary into an inquiry, we place it in session storage in your browser tab. It is removed from that storage when the contact form reads it, when you restart the check, or when the browser ends that tab session. The form keeps the copied summary on screen until you send, edit, or leave it. This temporary storage is used for the feature, not for tracking.
Service providers and security
Vercel hosts the website and provides analytics. Resend delivers inquiry and results emails, and email providers store sent and received messages. Upstash Redis stores temporary submission counters to help prevent spam and control email volume. Before storing a counter, the site converts the IP address or submitted email address into a keyed hash; the counter does not contain the original address, message, or readiness answers. These counters expire within 24 hours. These providers process the information needed to operate their services; hosting providers may also process IP addresses and request logs for security and operations. Application delivery-error logs record provider response codes, not message contents. We do not sell personal information or use these forms to build advertising audiences. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security.
How long information stays
Answers that you do not choose to share stay in the browser and are cleared when you restart or leave the check. Inquiry and results emails can remain in Nydros mailboxes and service-provider systems under their retention and backup settings. The website does not automatically delete these emails after a fixed period. Aggregate analytics and operational logs follow the applicable provider settings. You can ask us to delete information you have shared; legal obligations, ongoing service needs, or backup retention may limit immediate removal.
Your choices and requests
You can use the readiness check without giving an email address or sharing answers. Enable Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in a supporting browser to prevent this site from loading analytics. To ask about access, correction, deletion, or further contact, use the contact form or reply to an email from Nydros. Privacy rights depend on where you live, and we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We do not treat simply browsing this website as consent to marketing.
